At Kinn, we want you to cherish your modern heirlooms forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the jewelry in its original Kinn signature packaging and ensure all certificates of authenticity are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for unworn condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
